Hectic Week

I found myself some free time to blog before dinner. Hmmm... I have no idea what to eat anyways. Malay food everywhere. I need pork. I need mother's home-cooked food. I need my boy's western food. *getting crazy* Okay, enough of ranting. I don't want to whine about every little thing, especially when I had already complained them to my boy xD

First cup of coffee here :)

Last week passed in a blurry state. I explored the classes for my lectures in both old and new campuses with Kimberly and Jeslyn (Pei Mei's newly found English name yesterday) on Wednesday and then returned to the old campus with Jeslyn to search for the classes again to see if we could find it in one shot. Fortunately, I only have to go to three places in the old campus, so it isn't that complicated since the buildings are located quite near with each other. As for the new campus, *sweeps hair* I found the classes as easy as ABC.

One of the frustrated moments I had last week was during the orientation in KHAR Hall at night. It was getting late and the seniors decided to play a game after a long, boring speech, before they'd let us go. We had to stick the pictures of the seniors according to their correct names and the position they were currently having. Not to mention, we had to do the same to the teachers of each block (namely, FELO) and also the headmaster. And so, the worst group in the hall was... US. We didn't pay attention since we dozed off to sleep and the faces didn't match the pictures at all. It was like, a total different person! Then, the seniors had a good laugh before letting us go back to our room and it was almost 0130 before I slept.

My bed. With additional member on Sunday.
STITCH pillow!

The senamrobik next morning was quite okay but it did not remove any drowsiness I was having as I woke up early. The closing ceremony was held at night and then we had to sleep early so we could wake up on time for The Oath Ceremony in the Dewan Besar the next morning. The ceremony went smoothly and the RSK suddenly called out four students to the front and started to scold all of us for not cooperating during the whole orientation week. Then, one of the RSK went berserk and started to scream and shout at us because he was being so frustrated for being labelled as the worst orientation RSK had ever held in UPSI. Lastly, he was like, "Do you know what are their problems, these four students here? You want to know? Fine! Let me tell you! Their problems are... Today's their birthday." WHAT DAFUQ.

My Matrix Card in UPSI

After the ceremony, I was anticipating to go home. Finally! I missed home! I missed my family! I missed my boy! I missed the food! I missed everything in Ipoh! Unfortunately, I kept rushing here and there to buy slack pants, stockings, jug kettle and some food for my survival in hostel. I didn't really have much time to stick to my boy. And dang, I'm used to the moment when I stuck to him for almost 12 hours everyday. It's like a must-do thing in my everyday list. *sighed*

I had insomnia on Sunday night because I was worrying about the first lecture on Monday morning. It was 8 in the morning and we had to queue up for taking the bus to the old campus. And not to mention, there were a lot of students having classes at the same time too! What if I missed the bus? Never mind, I didn't, since there were few buses which took us to the old campus. Yet, the lecturer was nowhere to be found. Three hours of lessons gone wasted and I heard he'd be coming back only after the 20th, if the news was not mistaken. We loitered outside our next class in the E-Learning Building after breakfast to wait for the lecturer and thought he was not coming since it was well past 15 minutes into the lesson. News flash: If a lecturer doesn't appear in class in 15 minutes' time after the class has started, the class can be dismissed. Woohoo!

I bought a new shirt.
I loved it xD

I had superb laid back afternoon after getting back from the old campus and I woke up at 6 for nothing this morning! The first semester students were to queue to go to the Dewan Besar for the Pesta Konvokesyen, which was not even our business, and rotted there until 1330. We should have waited until everyone gotten in and then the guard would have stopped us from going in because the hall was full. *sobs* I'm not going to go for the senamrobik thing tomorrow. Bed, I'm sticking to you until my lecture starts at 1400. Period.
