Tears rolled down her cheeks as she took another swig of the beer. The items which scattered few feet across from her appeared as if slowly lining up in a straight line and paraded in front of her, taunting as the mind brought back memories which she was supposed to forget. Her birthday gift from him, a teddy bear which was holding onto a heart with "Love" written across it, was strutting towards her, ripping the heart into pieces. Angry birds were launched to destroy that particular greenish pig which were tied up to a handphone strap, and it suffered major injuries from the impact it faced.
The necklace she wore started to tighten around her neck, leaving her breathless as she struggled to break free from its deathly grip. As she almost slipped into unconscious state, the necklace snapped in half. A sudden draught of air swept the torn pictures onto the floor and that particular picture, that favourite picture of hers, landed on the puddle of tears she shed. Faint trace of music came from a pretty mug and the sound got louder and louder until it was unbearable. A slipper and seashells shot out from the mug, hitting her squarely in the face.
"No..." She moaned faintly as she covered her eyes, preventing herself from seeing the cruel flashback. A snowy white puppy with black spots morphed into a ferocious beast, clamped its jaw on her left hand and pulled it away from her face. The beast left the earphones on her hand and the lines were tangled to the point it was impossible to free them. A girl dressed in red was standing at the corner of the room, holding a pile of notes and letters in her right hand while flicking the lighter in her left hand. The fire licked the corners of the papers and everything was burnt into ashes in just few seconds.
Something moved near the window and she got up cautiously, moved towards the window while trying to detect the face behind the window. An object shot up and accidentally smacked her face. In panic, she gave a mighty push and heard a dreadful scream before it was being cut off by a loud crash. The object which smacked her face actually smelled nice, just like a rose. She picked it up and inspected the rose. It was blue in colour. She looked down from the window, seeing the love of her life was sprawling on the ground, barely alive.
"Juliet, my love~ Why must thou push me off the window?" He gave a weak cough.
"Rrrrrrrromeo darrrrrrrrrling, I'm so sorrrrrry~ I thought it was the thiiiiiiiiiief." She whispered softly, trying not to wake her father but she assumed her father might have woken up after that almighty crash few seconds ago.
"My love... Please come down and see me... for I... am about... to die..."
"But... My door is locked and my father will not let me out of the room. You know he forbids us to see each other." She cried out in distress, hoping to find a way to get to him.
"Well, then..." He raised his hand, aimed an object directly at her heart and pulled the trigger. A loud bang pierced through the silent night. She fell out of the window in a graceful motion, and as she was falling, she cried in pain. "I'm... I'm shot!" Landing onto his arm, she gazed into his eyes disbelievingly. "Ro... Romeo..."
"Juliet..." Both died peacefully in their lover's arms. Or so they thought.
